Bmw Motorrad Days 2023

The BMW Motorrad Days are among the most important motorbike meetings in Europe. They are the BMW Group‘s largest regular customer event. Test rides, product presentations, live music, action shows and much more make the hearts of motorbike fans from all over the world beat faster. Started in Seefeld in 2001 with 6,000 customers, the number of visitors has increased by 2019 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen to approx. 40,000. After 19 successful editions, the world’s largest BMW Motorrad meet-up took place in 2022 in the heart of Europe, the German capital, Berlin.

The 20th edition of the BMW Motorrad Days was a resounding success. During the whole weekend, around 17,000 visitors from all over the world were attracted, creating a unique atmosphere at. At this location, we will continue the success story – with you as our partner. In the exhibitor booklet, you will find a link to the online application form for exhibitors. The application deadline is 31.01.2023. You will receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

Please note that an application submitted does not constitute an entitlement to participate. Confirmations of participation in the BMW Motorrad Days 2023 are expected to be sent out in March 2023 and will include your exhibitor contract including the Exhibitor Guidelines and the Technical Guidelines of Messe Berlin. Furthermore, you will receive an invoice for the stand fee agreed in the exhibitor contract, which you are kindly requested to remit in due time. If the invoice amount is not received on time despite a reminder, we reserve the right to allocate the exhibition space to someone else.

Applicants who have received a cancellation can be placed on a waiting list. In the event of exhibitor cancellations, the applicants on the waiting list will be given a new chance to participate in the BMW Motorrad Days in the move-up procedure after all.
